B. Posted content and materials. Given the nature of the website and the technology now in place, we cannot verify the accuracy of statements that users place on StarProperty. Although we have full control over the systems that StarProperty operates on, we are not in a position to investigate and confirm the accuracy of a user's statements. D. Suspension, Termination. Any user whom The Company determines to have violated any element of these Terms of Use may receive a written warning, and will be subject at our discretion to a temporary suspension of service pending such user's agreement in writing to refrain from any further violations; provided, however, that if we deem it necessary, we may immediately suspend or terminate said user's service without issuing such a warning.

Users deemed to have committed a second violation of any element of these Acceptable Site Use Rules shall be subject to immediate suspension or termination of services without further notice.
