Over the weekend, I&P Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SP Setia Bhd had launched Legasi 2, a double-storey terrace house series in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong. Nearly all 76 units were fully sold out except for the few limited Bumiputra units that are still up for grabs. 

With a gross development value (GDV) of RM87mil, Legasi 2 is the second series of the sold out Legasi 1 that was launched by Bandar Kinrara last year. The Legasi 2 freehold units come in built-up sizes of 2,161 sq ft to 2,655 sq ft, with a starting price of RM1mil.

The completion date is slated for February 2022. Residents of Legasi 2 is accessible by major highways like Bukit Jalil Highway, Shah Alam Expressway, Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong, North-South Expressway and Kuala Lumpur – Putrajaya Expressway.

Bandar Kinrara was launched in 1991. The township is spread across 1,904 acres, offering a mixed development that comprises residential, commercial, and retail.
