JOHOR BARU: Country Garden Central Park, a joint venture between Country Garden Holdings Co Ltd and Damansara Realty Bhd, officially unveiled its brand-new phase three project, the double-storey terraced houses, to the public last week.

Situated in Tampoi, the centre of Flagship A of Iskandar Malaysia, it is the third project of Country Garden Group in Johor Baru. The development is surrounded by three major expressways and neighbours a 15.6 acres municipal park. There are various amenities in the vicinity, together with the integrated security system and three-dimensional garden landscape of Country Garden.

This brand new project occupies around 14.7 acres of land, with a planned total of 216 units and overall unit sq ft from 2,083 to 2,330 sq ft. Among all the projects of Country Garden Group in Johor Bahru, Central Park focuses on affordable dream homes, built in accordance with the needs of Malaysian homeowners.
