    Rampai Business Park consists of shop lots in an excellent location. Next to this area, they are building residential dwellings as well as factories so investment in Rampai Business Park should be good for the long-term. There are excellent returns, and future capital appreciation is guaranteed. Recently, a 3-storey shop lot here was sold for RM1.2 million, which provided the owner with about RM400,000 profit. Existing tenants include Old Town, PappaRich, retail outlets and more.Despite having being around for several years, there are still plenty of unopened shop lots at Rampai Business Park. While the place is not a ghost town, the hype for the place is not really there. There are always parking space available for the visitors. Perhaps, people rather to frequent the nearby shopping malls, Alpha Angle and Wangsa Walk for dining or shopping.
