Rivercity is located within walking distance to many places; groceries, entertainment and other daily needs are all merely a stone's throw away. As this building can be acknowledged for its well equipped state and stunning architecture, it has to be said that nothing is perfect and Rivercity has its share of flaws too. There were many complaints about the security guards before the changing of management.Since then, the management of Rivercity has tightened and upgraded the security since then. Besides, the main entrance security guards will check the visitors, and also every entrance to the 3 different blocks will have security guards as well. The surrounding has improved a lot since the amangeent took over from the developer. Security wise, the guards are doing just fine and do the rounds as per scheduled. Even if you leave your grill door open, the guard in charge will let you know and ask you to lock it.The strategic location of Rivercity makes traveling and moving about easy, but not without any downfalls. The hassle in getting around lies in the traffic jams just outside the condo. Not only are the roads always congested, traffic gets heavier during peak hours. This is because there are many education institutes and offices surrounding the condo. But it is very easy to catch a taxi or bus to go anywhere.Since 2012, Aeon Big hypermarket is operating in Riverwalk Village, next to Rivercity Condominium. It is a short 2minute walk and it is really convenient especially if you need to buy groceries everyday. It has a decent selection of goods and services.
