It is now open for registration and so far, has received encouraging response via calls, online enquiries and walk-in customers. Initial feedback has also shown a strong preference for projects in the fast-growing neighbourhood of KL South. VERVE Suites is situated in one of Kuala Lumpur's most popular locations. Easy access to shopping centres, schools, as well as recreational and commercial venues make it all the more appealing to potential home owners and investors. Traffic during peak hours can get very congested around VERVE Suites and residents may find themselves caught in the excruciating vehicle crawl home. The six-lane carriageway has helped ease the jam, but only by so much. However, it is a small price to pay for a designer suite in this popular neighbourhood.
