Its shareholders include Wawasan Peransang Mewah Sdn Bhd (23.65%), CapitaLand Limited (20.71%), Tradewinds Corporation Berhad (7.38%) and Chee Tat Holdings (S) Pte Ltd (7.38%).
UMLand operates two development divisions. The township division has three integrated township developments with a total land area of more than 5,000 acres located in Johor (Bandar Seri Alam and Taman Seri Austin) and Selangor (Bandar Seri Putra).
