MRCB bags National Contribution Award for its city-within-a-city KL Sentral CBD flagship project

MALAYSIAN Resources Corporation Bhd (MRCB) has taken national contribution to another level since the launch of its flagship development, Kuala Lumpur Sentral Central Business District.
At the heart of KL Sentral CBD stands Stesen Sentral Kuala Lumpur (SSKL), Malaysia’s largest integrated transportation hub used by more than 180,000 people daily. It has become an integral part of the lives of Malaysians as well as foreigners visiting the country.
The KL Sentral CBD earned MRCB the Special Mention for National Contribution Award at the recent StarProperty.my Awards 2017.
SSKL links all major rail networks in the country and offers commuters access and mobility, thanks to its connectivity with the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and KLIA2.
The train journey from SSKL to KLIA takes only 28 minutes and travellers can even check in at Sentral which has
been assigned the Global Destination Code ‘XKL’ by the International Air Travel Association for its airport check-in facilities.
KL Sentral CBD is essentially a city within a city, offering a comprehensive mix of retail, commercial and residential developments as well as world-class hotels. The rise of KL Sentral CBD has also boosted the real estate value of properties in the neighbouring Brick elds area.
