Second-tier Cities take off with improved connectivity

To buy or not to buy?  It very much depends on the individual’s needs.

Given the scarcity of land in city areas, the local market now has real demand for landed property in second-tier cities with improved public transportation and better highway connectivity. Suburb areas such as Semenyih, Kajang and Bangi are poised for growth by the complete network of expressways and the newly operate MRT System.

SP Setia is showcasing their latest project – KingsVille@Setia Ecohill, Semenyih at the upcoming Fair 2017 at Sunway Velocity Mall, from Sep 7 to 10, Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 10pm.

Located within the gated and guarded Setia EcoHill township, KingsVille is an English-inspired single-storey bungalow project built with open space concept. The practical design devoid of stairs provides a more spatial and user-friendly living environment for its residents.

With prices from RM1.28mil onwards, KingsVille caters to the needs of small families, empty-nesters, families with elderly members and terraced house owners who would like to upgrade their lifestyle.

Furthermore, KingsVille is surrounded by a myriad of conveniences within the township of Setia EcoHill such as Tenby International School, REAL KIDS Kindergarten, EcoHill Taipan retail shops, Exclusive Community Club Facilities and a breath-taking integrated commercial development – EcoHill Walk, which is slated for completion by 2020.

Kingsville is accessible via key expressways such as the NKVE, PLUS and Silk-Kajang highway.

During the fair, buyers of KingsVille will enjoy a 3% early bird discount, and the legal fees will be fully absorbed by the developer for a hassle-free purchasing process.

In conjunction with SP Setia’s 60th Merdeka Anniversary Promotion Campaign, buyers who sign SPA in 2017 will also qualify for a chance to win a lucky draw with grand prizes worth up to RM600,000. Fair 2017 will be held at Main Atrium (Ground Floor) at Sunway Velocity Mall.

One of the highlights of the fair is the Win A Home (WAH) contest. WAH contest will be giving the house buyers at the fair a chance to win a home worth more than RM550,000 at PJ Midtown, Section 13, Petaling Jaya by registering their bookings at and complete a slogan.
