KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer IJM Land Bhd and joint venture partner FCW Holdings Bhd recently hosted a topping-up ceremony to mark the completion of its structural frame.

The event was held on the rooftop of Savio Multi-generational Suites, which is located in Segambut. Savio is the first of a three-phase development of Riana Dutamas, a 37-storey tower with a gross development value (GDV) of RM565mil. It has to-date achieved a take-up rate of 90%. The 1,018-unit Savio remains on track for its targeted completion in 2021.

“We are very thrilled to hit this milestone with the development of Savio which commenced in January 2018. In keeping to our commitment of quality and time frame, we have successfully and safely completed the Savio’s structural works up to the final floor within 19 months,” said Chong.

He further attributed the success to the close collaboration between both the teams of IJM Land and FCW Holdings as well as the partnership with Setiakon Builders.

Located in the heart of North Kiara’s Golden Triangle, accessibility to Savio is facilitated by numerous major routes and established highways nearby, including the Duke Highway, Sprint Highway, Plus Highway, NKVE Highway, Jalan Segambut and Jalan Kuching. This line-up extends to the purpose-built pedestrian walkway to the KTM Segambut Station which connects to KL Sentral.

Savio is designed to suit home buyers of every generation, from entry-level to mature buyers, individuals to multi-generations, as well as novice to seasoned investors. “We are very encouraged by the strong take-up for Savio, and this serves as a testament to the value and potential of the project,” said Edward. Looking at the take-up rate to-date, he expected Riana Dutamas to raise the bar for residential properties in Segambut.

The neighbourhood of Riana Dutamas also allows residents close proximity and connection to the city centre, hotspots and amenities from education institutions which include mainstream and international schools to lifestyle spaces.

Riana Dutamas is a mixed integrated development set on 16-acres of freehold land in the Segambut. It consists of six blocks of serviced residences, office spaces and retail outlets, with a GDV of about RM1.5bil. Nearby amenities include retail outlets such as Publika, Hartamas Shopping Centre, Sunway Putra Mall, Suria KLCC and Pavilion.

The Kuala Lumpur city centre is only 7km away. Savio is also surrounded by prominent neighbourhoods such as KL Metropolis, Bukit Tunku, Mont’ Kiara, Sri Hartamas and Dutamas.

The amenities-packed development is catered towards individuals, young families and professionals, right up to newlyweds or empty nesters. Savio offers several layouts from one to three-bedroom apartment units with varying built-ups ranging from 653 to 1,177 sq ft. It also provides the facility of covered and multi-storey car parking lots as well as round-the-clock manned security.
