Family bonding is key

Launched in 1995, Seremban 2 spreads across 3,800 acres of freehold land and offers an ideal address that comes with a host of modern amenities. Home to more than 62,000 residents, Seremban 2 encourages family-oriented living in a harmonious community.

Among the recreational facilities in Seremban 2 to encourage an active lifestyle and family bonding time are a 15-acre City Park with a four-acre lake, a 30-acre Hill Park, S2 Recreational Club and a 30-acre Sports Complex.

Ground events have been organised to foster a close-knit community, including festive celebrations, art and cultural activities, annual IJM Land Run, cycling events, and free health and screening checks. The events were drawn up specifically for all in the family, from children to elders.

The homes at Seremban 2 have also adapted designs that cater to multi-generational households, with features such as a room on the ground floor that is convenient for the elderly or disabled family member, a garden for outdoor family events, an open concept layout with unobstructed living areas that encourage conversations and carefully selected materials and finishes to prevent unwanted injuries. There is room for personalisation to fit into lifestyle needs via multifunction space for entertainment, recreational activities or family time.

Peace of mind

Seremban 2 is also developed with the community’s safety in mind. To ensure a safe environment for residents, various security features have been put in place. These include 24-hour security, perimeter fencing with single entrance and exit point, guardhouses at most residential precincts, open-plan homes and integrated linear park, as well as CCTV and intercom system at upscale residences.

To enhance the security of the latest residential precincts, the township has adopted features from the Crime Prevention through Environment Design Concept (CPTED) that deter criminal activity, and also recently introduced a community app to improve communication within residential enclaves.

Furthermore, Seremban 2 has incorporated eco-friendly elements such as solar panels, rainwater harvesting system, light tinted sliding glass doors and windows, and north-south building orientation as well as natural ventilation and lighting.
