Shah Alam: Gamuda Land’s vision for twentyfive.7, located in the matured neighbourhood of Kota Kemuning is taking shape since it was launched two years ago. Taking a cue from its name, twentyfive.7, it has grown into a vibrant township where the community spends more time outdoors, by the Quayside, and connect with each other.

Following a series of placemaking initiatives at twentyfive.7 with the opening of The and The Field (a FIFA size football field) as the new gathering places in the township, Gamuda Land today signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Evolution Wellness which houses wellness brands like Celebrity Fitness, Chi Fitness & Fitness First, providing the community with ample avenues and conveniences to achieve their fitness goals.

In celebration of this collaboration, buyers of twentyfive.7’s soon-to-be-launched designer link villas Luxura will receive two (2) gym memberships for every purchased unit upon signing of the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).

The gym membership is transferable to any nominee of choice before activation and will last for 24 months upon activation. With this membership, they can enjoy access to any of Evolution Wellness’ 48 gym outlets nationwide.

To be launched next month, strata-titled Luxura offers a total of 315 units of two and three-storey link villas with five house types to choose from and built ups ranging from 2,605sq ft to 3,466sq ft.

“We originally planned to launch Luxura in FY2021 but because of good take up in our first phase, we decided to bring it forward. In light of this, the MoU is timely. Not only is such partnership is the first of its kind but more importantly, this MoU will provide added value to our buyers,” Aw explained, adding that such partnership will bring immense convenience to the community.

“Instead of providing a brick and mortar clubhouses for the wellness aspect of our community, such arrangements allows the community to access health and fitness facilities that are nearby to them, nationwide, at their convenience,” Aw said.

Getting the places right makes the town work

Gamuda Land’s development principle of getting the places right ensures that the developer not only think of the home place but also the park place, play place, shopping place and work place. When these are mindfully planned and thoughtfully laid out by the Quayside, which is the heart of this town, people will get a feel for the vibrant town as the community will be drawn out of their homes to get to know one another.

With town-making done right, twentyfive.7 is flourishing into a township with good vibes. This translated into good sales results for the township.

Phase 1 Lucent Residences, comprising 181 superlink and 98 semi-detached homes is currently 80% sold and will be completed by mid-2020.

The township’s first high-rise development The Amber Residence, comprising 596 serviced apartments and 32 retail shops, was launched last year and slated to be completed in 2021. Close to half of The Amber Residence has been sold within 9 months.

Trusted brands as partners

Commenting on the partnership, Chris Lee said, “Over the years, the tri-brands under the umbrella of Evolution Wellness have established themselves as pioneering and trusted names in health and fitness, just like Gamuda Land as a steady brand in the property industry built over two decades.

“When the proposal was first presented to us, we saw the resemblance of Gamuda Land’s community-driven values with ours and we were immediately attracted to join hands with Gamuda Land.”

“We are poised for rapid growth in the region and we hope that through this strategic partnership piloting with Luxura, we can ramp up our reputation and sales for both organisations while encouraging healthy living among the vibrant community in twentyfive.7,” continued Lee, lauding Gamuda Land’s endeavour of constantly exploring new ways of bringing people together.

Value creation for the community

While the partnership is the first of its kind, Gamuda Land is no stranger to rewarding its buyers. Last year, the developer launched GL Friends, a customer loyalty programme that rewards purchasers of Gamuda Land properties with benefits ranging from repeat purchase rewards, referral rewards, relationship managers with professional personalised services, to unique experiences such as priority invitations to lifestyle events and sale launches.

Similar to this MoU, twentyfive.7 has also rewarded its Phase 1 Lucent Residence buyers previously with a complimentary non-golf membership family pass per purchased unit to enjoy the facilities excluding golf course at Kota Permai Golf and Country Club which is valid until 2097.

“In addition, value for our community also derives from placemaking spaces which we have created here – The, The Lake, The Field, The Loop which sum up a hangout spot that brings people together for dining, relaxing, exercising and more. When we empower a satisfied and healthy community, that’s when we know our towns work, and we do not stop there, we will continue do it better by improving from past experiences. There are certainly more exciting updates to look forward to at twentyfive.7,” concluded Aw.
