Tips on buying residential and commercial properties

CONNECTIVITY and accessibility are important factors to consider when it comes to choosing property.

In the upcoming roadshow, speaker Aziz Ahmad will be talking about the importance of connectivity in the Greater Kuala Lumpur transit system in the next decade.

“Many developed countries have established efficient connectivity within their major cities

“The demand for property near those with greater connectivity is high as it benefits homeowners,” said Aziz.

He added that Malaysia was still in the early development stage of having great connectivity via the Greater Kuala Lumpur transit system, which will be completed by the next decade.

“This is the best time to buy property near the connectivity nodes and gain huge profits when the time comes,” he said.

Aziz will also reveal how Singaporeans and Hong Kong folk find their way to richness by selecting the right property.

Meanwhile, speaker Vicky How will be sharing seven ways to increase investors’ commercial property value.

“The greatest fear of many commercial investors is buying the wrong unit. Commercial property is not the same as residential property. Buying the wrong unit can have a huge impact on the value and yield,” said How.

Her talk will focus on property investors who want to invest in commercial property.

“Many people are concerned about the commercial property they are buying. Will the property fetch high capital appreciation or rental yield?” she added.

Aziz and How’s talks, titled “Why you need to stay on the transit system” and “7 Killer Ways to Increase your Commercial Property Value”, will take place tomorrow and on Sunday at the Roadshow 2017.
