Property experts provide key advice to ace the market despite rough market sentiment.

PETALING JAYA: Property investment isn’t a breeze now, with the depreciation of the ringgit, tightening of lending standards by banks, the high rate of rejection in loan applications and the ongoing affordability issues.

Yet, experts comment that 2017 will continue to be a buyers’ market. This conviction probably stems from the pricing of homes for sale in some areas are still considered affordable.

Though property prices may rise, real estate is still largely seen as one of the best shielded investments.

This Sunday, will be holding a forum in Putrajaya titled “property outlook 2017 and why you should buy now”.

The event will take place from 1pm until 5.30pm. It will include discussions on key topics by speakers, a panel discussion and a picturesque cruise tour of Putrajaya.

The esteemed property speakers that will enlighten attendees at the forum include seasoned property speaker Teoh Eng Poh and Smart Financing chief executive officer Gary Chua.

Teoh Eng Poh holds over 20 years of real estate expertise, having extensively involved with real estate development companies, with significant roles in property sales, marketing and corporate office leasing.

Teoh will share the property outlook of 2017 and the market trend pattern.
