Strong interest on second day of fair
KUALA LUMPUR: The three-day Star Property Fair 2009 continued to draw thousands of eager home buyers on its second day.
ICI Paints (M) Sdn Bhd managing director Goh Cheok Weng said the quality of visitors to the fair was reflected in their seriousness in finding a home and planning to decorate them.
“There is a steady flow of visitors here and the response has been very good,” he said when met at the fair yesterday.

Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd sales consultant Faizal Mohd Shaffi credited The Star Publications (M) Bhd’s strong marketing and publicity to the impressive response.
“The response has been very good with 60 people interested in our products and many filling up forms within a day,” said Faizal.
He added that having spoken to other developers especially those selling property in Cyberjaya like Setia Haruman, he knew the fair had helped improve marketability of their products.
The fair’s Stylish Living theme certainly fits in with Encorp Bhd and KH Land Sdn Bhd’s aim of providing classy and high-end properties.
“This a good opportunity for us to generate brand awareness as there were lots of our target market of affluent and well-travelled owners who want to upgrade to better homes,” said KH Land head of marketing Jennifer Chow.
The fair is held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre from 11am to 7pm. Admission is free.
