Double joy for home buyers

IT WAS a memorable day for the first batch of Anggun @ Rawang development home buyers who received their keys recently.

The keys were handed over to them during a ceremony organised by developer Hong Bee Land Sdn Bhd.

Apart from the keys, the lucky buyers also received special gifts from the developer.

The event was graced by Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Kota Emerald chairman Datuk Tang See Hang, ACP Abdul Rahim Abdullah, Rawang assemblyman Gan Pei Nei, and Hong Bee Property Management Sdn Bhd managing director Tan Ming Huat.

The resort-themed township is developed within a 283ha land in Rawang. “This is our inaugural project,” said Tan.

Based on the good response received for the first batch that comprised 235 units of semi-detached, cluster semi-detached and bungalows, the developer is set to launch its next two phases comprising 225 units of semi- detached homes and 60 commercial units by early next year 2010.

According to Tan, the development’s key emphasis is on guarded community living. Each home boasts an open concept planning for the surrounding garden compound area with contemporary designs and landscaping.

The development is located at the northern gateway of the Klang Valley with easy and quick connectivity to all major highways.
