The first retail mall in Mont' Kiara

1 Mont' Kiara - an exciting development in the deliciously  enticing address of Mont’ Kiara.

It started with a simple mission, answering a simple need. The need for convenience; and in comes a plethora of AIO (All-In-One) creations. Mobile devices, beverage sachets, printers and now, real estate are quickly joining in the fold of convenient living.

The mall also boasts innovative architectural concept by Sparch (Singapore) Pte Ltd. The 6,000 sq. ft. atrium is bathed in “natural” light that lends the right amount of texture, warmth and glamour; courtesy of the geometric-patterned EFTE (ethylene tetrafluoroethylene) roofing – a unique transparent plastic, the very same material that was incorporated into the acclaimed Beijing National Aquatic Centre “The Water Cube” and award-winning “The Angels” canopy in CapitaLand’s F&B precinct in Clarke Quay, Singapore.

The community can expect to see new F&B concept outlets debuting in Malaysia in 1 Mont’ Kiara. Other attractions are themed events, performances and continuing activities that will be staged in a central area. Tan adds, “The mall is the focal point of 1 Mont’ Kiara. The working styles

Complementing the integrated urban fabric of 1 Mont’ Kiara are two office buildings – a designer office suite and an office tower.
