Sumatec gets plant rejuvenation job

PETALING JAYA: Oil and gas services provider Sumatec Resources Bhd has been awarded a project to rejuvenate a plant by Asean Bintulu Fertilizer Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Petroliam Nasional Bhd.

Sumatec said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that the project, valued at RM49.24mil, involved civil, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrument works to upgrade the present plant facilities.
