THE Savana Noir VB3.1i is a celebration of the casual side of cooking. This complete gas grill from Pacifica stands for a meaningful return to the simple pleasures of food, friends and weekend living.
The grills feature a multi-ply fully stainless steel smoker hood with embedded grill thermometer. This is useful for barbecuing with indirect heat or even for baking, by turning the gas grill into a gas oven.

With its high-grade ceramic honeycomb surface, it delivers strong but perfectly even infrared heating that penetrates deep into the meat and cooks right to the bone. It gives the meat a 'deep sunburn', which also produces a fantastic crackling skin in addition to cooking the meat right through.
No gas grill should call itself complete without the option of a rotisserie. Available as an accessory, the battery-operated rotisserie arm delivers superior convenience over one that requires electricity. You no longer need to go through the hassle of finding a plug point outside the house, or connect multiple extension cords from inside the house just to use the rotisserie.
The Savana Noir VB3.1i also comes with a useful side burner made of solid brass for heating up your sauces or frying side dishes.
