Fair to showcase medium to high-range properties
KUALA LUMPUR: If it is stylish living you want, then head to the The Star’s Property and Home Fair 2009 which makes its debut here after eight years delighting Penang.
A broad range of medium to high-range luxury bungalows, condominiums and commercial projects by renowned developers will be show-cased at the three-day fair themed “Stylish Living” at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre from Nov 27 to 29.
The participating developers are SP Setia Bhd, Sunway City Bhd, Sime Darby Property Bhd, Lucky Bright Star Sdn Bhd (Sunrise Bhd), ICI Paints (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Nusmetro Venture (P) Sdn Bhd, SJ Properties Sdn Bhd, KPWG International Sdn Bhd, Ideal Concept Intelligence Sdn Bhd, Mines Marketing Sdn Bhd (Country Heights Grower Scheme), Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd, Dijaya Corporation Bhd, Must Ehsan Development Sdn Bhd and Hotel Fair Lane Holdings Sdn Bhd.
Visitors also have the chance to win RM20,000 worth of attractive prizes and attend talks and forums by industry experts on property investment, feng shui, interior decoration and wealth management.
The fair will be opened to the public from 11am to 7pm on the three days. Admission is free.
The Star has organised eight annual property fairs in Penang, drawing more than 20,000 buyers.
